Terms and Conditions

GENERAL
1. Make sure all details and orders are accurate to avoid inconveniences. This will make it easier for our Team to compile our customers’ orders properly and with no mistakes.
2. Please DOUBLE CHECK all entered details to make sure that they are correct. Our Team will not be liable for any missing item due to wrong input of information.
3. If the customer is a minor, please assure that your parents or guardians are informed before purchasing from our shop.
4. The customer shall NOT CHANGE ORDERS after submission of form.
4. Items are made carefully and with effort. Please refrain from rushing our team for your orders.
5. Combined shipments SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED if ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) of our other collections are different.

PAYMENTS
1.For orders to be delivered, please pay the EXACT amount. Excess payments deposited in our accounts will not be refunded.
2. Down payments and negotiations are NOT ALLOWED unless stated.
3. No payment, no order basis.
4. Shipping fees are to be paid together with the order unless orders are for pick-up in a designated place around Batangas City. Meet-up venues will be announced after the DOP (Deadline of Payments.)

DEADLINES
1. Please pay on or before the date of deadline stated in our collections.
2. Refund is NOT ALLOWED and NEGOTIATIONS regarding such will NOT be entertained.
3. Late payers shall have a penalty of Php100 per day. This condition shall be limited only for a maximum of 7 days. These penalties may not be refunded as well.
4. Bogus buyers and Joy reservers shall be noted, highlighted black on our masterlist, and will be banned from purchasing our future collections.

CANCELLATIONS
1.We discourage the customers to cancel their orders. Our team and the supplier produce these collections with utmost care and effort while observing diligence to meet and satisfy the expectations of our customers. Cancellations would be unfortunate and stressful on our part.
2. For orders that are desired to be cancelled by the customer, there will be a cancellation fee of Php300. This fee will be applied to anyone who asks to cancel their orders, whatever the total is.

DELAYS/DAMAGED ITEMS
1. Please take note that delays from the manufacturer, supplier, and the courier will be beyond our control.
2. Delay of shipment orders, loss of items, and damage of parcels due to the courier is not our responsibility.
3. For concerns, kindly raise them directly on the negligent courier that delivered the item/s.
4. Manufacturing defects are beyond our control as well.
